DESCRIPTION

Bread plant for the prepartion of french bread items of 40.800 gr. each in a
easy, versatile way, with a minimum of personnel.
Consisting of three basic machines: Divider weigher, Prover and moulder.
Taking up very little space, only a 7-9 m2. area is needed for their
installation. They offer a perfect solution for bakers who want to improve
the quality and the aspect of their bread. Built according to current safety
and electricity standards.

CHARACTERISTICS

1) AUTOMATIC DIVIDER/WEIGHTER

For weighting and dividing the dough accurately. (+/- 28 divisions / minute)
Manual moulder is also available.

2) INTERMEDIATE PROOFER

Two types of Intermediate Proofer are available:
  1. Static intermediate proofer. The dough portions stay in the pouches
    for the hole resting time, without changing position.
  2. Tilting intermediate proofer. The dough position changes in the
    pouches with each machine cycle.

3) FRENCH STICK MOULDER

For moulding and elongation of dough pieces in a progressive and uniform
way.
