AUTOMATIC UNIT FOR CUT AND ROLLED BREAD MOD. BRIO-E

BRIO-E is an automatic unit for the production of cut and rolled
bread, with soft and hard dough, and it is suitable for a large range
of products in order to meet any requirement of both the small and
industrial bakery.

The unit is available in two model: the traditional one, with the usual
adjusting machine functions and the computerized one which couples
the easy use to a sophisticated system of automatic adjustment in
order to obtain the required weight.
