OPERATION FEATURES
Bread moulding machine right for production of baguettes, medium-ling thin loafs, long thin loafs, rolls, hot dogs and various sizes of dough. Long thin loafs 100 to 2,000 grs with an hourly production of 1,500 pieces/h may be obtained.
Sheeting is made through two zelamid rolls and sweet and progressive elongation of the dough is realized between two conveyor belts running the opposite direction at different speeds.
The sheeting thickness is of 1mm min., to 15mm max.
The safety device is balance-type and doesn’t allow the introduction of the hand between the rolls. The rolls are mounted on bearings.
The rolls and conveyor belts adjustment is carried out through a pointed lever.
By request the machine can be provided with an outfeed belt.
