Operating Features Our Automatic Bagel Machine can be easily adapted for the production of mini, regular and bull sized bagels. The Single line GBD-S90 Bagel Divider has an output of 3500 pieces per hour. The Bagel Former is designed to work in conjunction with the divider, but may be fed manually. The Divider has a scaling range of 1oz. to 9oz. and may be used independently to divide many types and textures of dough. |
